By registering you agree to the house rules of RSV Antibarbari. The following applies:
Dutch legislation applies on the Antibarbari site.
- Identification is required.
- Smoking on the premises of ABB is not allowed.
- The party in the tent will last until 10:30 PM (this may change to 10:00 PM). After this it will continue in the canteen for ABB members. People who are not allowed to be present must therefore leave the site after the specified time.
- The instructions of the security company must always be followed.
- To protect your and others’ safety, you may be searched. If you do not cooperate, you may be denied access to the event.
- There is a first aid post on site.
- You are requested to cooperate fully with the first aid officer if necessary.
- There are plenty of sanitary facilities on site. Urinating in public is prohibited.
- It is not permitted to take drinks from the premises.
- Consuming drinks you bring yourself is also not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed (for their own good).
- Distributing brochures, flyers and/or trading in goods at the event is not permitted unless written permission has been granted by the organization.
- Alcohol is not provided to persons under the age of 18.
- Persons who wish to enter the event under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused.
- Drugs are prohibited at the event.
- All daily social norms and values apply at the tournament.
- The threat and use of violence, discriminatory comments in words and/or gestures, sexual intimidation, urination in public and beer throwing will not be tolerated.
- If pollution and/or destruction of materials and grounds are discovered, you will be denied access to the site and you will be handed over to the police. Any damages will also be recovered from you.
- It is prohibited to possess weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon. If found, you will be handed over to the police.
- If you commit crimes, you will be arrested and handed over to the police.
- The organization, its employees and RSV Antibarbari cannot be held liable for theft, any injury and/or material or immaterial damage.
- During the event, photos and video recordings will be taken for promotional purposes. Everyone who visits the event agrees to this.
- More than 85 DB(a) of sound can be produced at the tournament. The organization accepts no liability for any adverse effects that this may have on your hearing. Your stay on site is therefore entirely at your own risk.
- Give your ears timely rest by finding a quiet space every now and then or wear hearing protection during the party.
- If you do not comply with our house rules, you will immediately be denied access to the site and you will be excluded from the tournament in future years.
- If you sign up after April 11th you have to pay the full price of the ticket, even if you or your team decides to sign out.
